The Goa'uld Empire is an alliance created by the members of the Corporation as a rebranding of their beloved alliance. The Empire is based on the green sphere and is growing at a solid rate, while still maintaining a sense of fun and camaraderie in the alliance and moving towards excellency in all fields, be they Military or Foreign Affairs. We are helped in these efforts by our very diverse background which stems from three merges into The Corporation and FoA's merge into The Empire.
The government of The Empire is both meritocratic and democtratic in nature. The System Lords hold supreme power in the alliance and each System Lord oversees one specific area, either military, foreign affairs, or internal affairs. The First Prime serves under the System Lords as the manager of the Imperial Council, which is responsible for the day-to-day operation of The Empire. The Council is made up of Imperial Lords who are responsible for vvery specific areas and are elected every three months by the members of The Empire.

Formation[]
The Goa'uld Empire was formed by the members of The Corporation in order to reenergize the membership of the alliance. With this goal in mind The Corporation announced its new name to the world on July 26, 2010. While this did present a change in name and theme, the alliance's desire for success and willingness to work continue on.
FoA merger[]
At the same time as the name change, The Corporation's longtime protectorate, FoA, decided to join the ranks of the Empire. This left many in The Empire saddened by the loss of an ally, but at the same time they rejoiced that they would be together in one alliance.
