Lily Amanda Annan, or Duchess Lily is the Duchess of Rossingol. She is the daughter of ranking members in both the House of Annan and the House of Richards. She was the Duchess for over 65 years, making her the longest serving head of a Dukedom in J Andres history. Lily was well liked during her tenure. Her eldest son William became the Duke upon her death.
