History of Murder Inc.[]
Murder Inc. was founded on August 26 by four friends, Jgator, Tashees2, Revelation, and Elborrador, though Elborrador was a late edition to the project. Originally the plan was hatched as a way to not only bring a tournament edition alliance to standard edition, a feat that has yet to be duplicated, it was from the beginning more about creating a community of active, veteran players. Military supremacy and IRC activity are the pillars upon which Murder Inc. was founded and though their history is short, it is very bright.

Preamble: There are people in this world who go about demanding to be killed. You must have noticed them. They quarrel in gambling games. They jump out of their automobiles in a rage. They humiliate and bully people whose capabilities they do not know. These are people who wander through the world shouting, kill me. And there's always someone ready to oblige to them.
Article 1: Membership
Section I - Applicants wishing to join Murder Inc must show an extensive knowledge of game, be active on the forums, and consent to an interview over IRC
Section II - members are not allowed dual membership in any other alliance,
Article II: Government and Hierarchy
Section I - The commission The commission is the ruling body of Murder Inc and is made up of 4 permanent members. The commission may create positions and appoint members as they see fit for the best interest of Murder Inc. if a member of the commission steps down it is the duty of the remaining members to find a suitable replacement. The Commission is law.
Section II - Soldiers Every member of Murder Inc, upon admittance receives the title of soldier and is expected to serve the alliance until such a time as they resign.
Article III: War and wartime procedures
Section 1 - tech raiding is allowed so long as the targets meets the requirements set forth by the Commission.
Section II - Nuclear first strikes should be expected in defensive wars. In offensive wars, the use of nukes is decided upon by the Commission.
article IV - amendments
amendments to this charter may be made at any time by a 4/4 vote of the commission. Any soldier in good standing may suggest an amendment be made, but it is up to the commission to ratify said amendment
