The "MCXA and UINE went shopping and all they got was an ODP" Accords is an ODAP between MCXA and UINE. It was announced on 21 May 2011. It became defunct when UINE merged into the Imperial Order on August 13, 2011.

The Multicolored Cross-X Alliance (also known as MCXA) and the Union of Integrated National Entities (also known as UINE), in the spirit of friendship and cooperation, hereby enter into this Optional Defense Treaty.
Article I: Sovereignty[]
The MCXA and UINE agree not to infringe upon each other's sovereignty.
Article II: Peace[]
The MCXA and UINE both agree not to conduct any acts of warfare, espionage, or any other acts of violence against the other. If there is reason for conflict or mistrust, it will be discussed in private channels.
Article III: Intelligence[]
If either the MCXA or UINE receives information that would be interest to the other, both agree to share said information.
Article IV: Optional Defense and Aggression[]
If either the MCXA or UINE comes under assault, the other is strongly encouraged - but not required - to come to their assistance. If either the MCXA or UINE make aggressive action towards another alliance, the other is strongly encouraged - but not required - to come to their assistance.
Article V: Termination[]
If, at any time, either the MCXA or UINE wish to terminate this agreement, 72 hours advance notice must be given to the other party.
