Amity and Cooperation Treaty

The Amity and Cooperation Treaty (ACT) is a specialized treaty originally created by the NADC after their original creation, the ToA had become the equivalent of a NAP. However, unlike the ToA, the ACT never caught on with the rest of Planet Bob. It is currently not in widespread use beyond the NADC and her allies.
