Armand Cardinal Richelieu, born in Bordeaux to a huge catholic family in February 28th 1963, is the current Secretary of State of The Papal States.
He is a close friend of Pope John XXIV and he's famed for runnig The Papal States' internal and foreign affairs with cunning mastery and fearless iron fist.
His resemblance of the famous 17th century french cardinal has earned him some popular acclaim and «ecclesiastical» nicknames such as the Red Eminence.
