The BDC-BC War, also referred to as the Bubblegum War or Bubblegum Crisis, was a short lived staged war by Zzzptm of Black Defense Council and Schattenmann of Browncoats. Several others who were on IRC that night were privy to the events. The plan was set into action quickly, and the general Browncoats membership was not informed of the reasons for war until roughly twelve hours after the start. It was used as a way for the Browncoats to get out of it's treaty obligations, be placed under BDC protection, and, according to Schattenmann, move to the Black Team.
