Channler Hadrian. Current Dictator-Elect of New Carolina
History
Channler Hadrian was born to a slave family belonging General Ahem-Milda, the leader of Islamic Military forces in New Carolina. Hadrian was seperated at the age of ten and brought to a military school under the strict guidance the Islamic over-seerers.
Where other failed, Channler succeeded and survived the Military School. Later on in his career his opinion of the government was swayed when the martyr St. Christophe was killed. Now Hadrian after leading the revolt has held power in New Carolina since its post-islamic existance.
