Chris_Kaos was the hero of GATO during the League/Aegis period, but was stripped of power as a term of peace following Great War Three. He reemerged some time later as Alexander_Gladius, joined GATO once more, and found his way into its government. That action was cited by NPO as an act of war, and was casus belli for the GATO-1V War.
