החוקה של מדינת יהודה \ Judaica's Constitution \ ال־حقيقت سينغوغا ال־يهوديا ال־عربيا[]
בשם האל הגדול והרחום \ In the Name of God, the Great, the Merciful \ بسماللا ارحمن ارحيم :
א. במדינת יהודה רשאים להתיישב ולקבל אזרחות בני כל דת שהיא, ובלבד שיקבלו עליהם לקיים שבע מצוות בני נוח ולכבד בני דתות אחרות. ב. מדינת יהודה תנוהל ותישלט על ידי הסנהדרין. ג. כל אזרחי מדינת יהודה רשאים לבחור ולהיבחר לסנהדרין מגיל 16, ללא הבדל דת ומין. ד. הסנהדרין תיבחר אחת לחמש שנים. במידה ואחד או אחת מחברי הסנהדרין יתפטר, ימות או ייבצר ממנו למלא את תפקידו באופן קבוע, ימונה ממלא מקום על ידי שלושת חברי הסנהדרין הבכירים ביותר. ה. שינויים לחוקה זו ייעשו אך ורק על ידי הסנהדרין ברוב של שני שלישים לפחות ובכפוף למשאל עם.

English translation[]
- In the state of Judaica members of any religion may settle and become citizens, provided they commit themselves to fulfil the Seven Noachide Commandments and respect members of other religions.
- The state of Judaica will be led and governed by the sanhedrin.
- All citizens may vote and be elected to the sanhedrin from age 16, regardless of religion or sex.
- The sanhedrin shall be elected once every 5 years. If one of its members resigns, dies or is permanently nable to fulfil his or her duties, a replacement will be appointed by the three most senior members of sanhedrin.
- Changes to this constitution can only be made by the sanhedrin by at least a two-thirds majority and subject to a general referendum.
