[edit] Title 1: Membership information

[edit] Article 1: Admission

1. A candidate cannot be a member of another alliance or seeking membership to another alliance.
2. A candidate cannot be considered an enemy of the Darkfall Alliance.
3. A candidate shall not attempt to join the Darkfall Alliance to escape persecution.
4. A candidate should apply in the correct forum, in the correct form.
5. Each application will be reviewed and if accepted, the candidate will be promoted to an initiate.

1. Promotions to Darkfaller status (full member) will be asked for by the initiate at any time and the change will be made if the Khagan approves.

[edit] Article 3: Secession

1. If you want out, leave. Remove the AA.

[edit] Article 4: Expulsion

1. Should any member break a rule of the Alliance, first strikes can be grounds for expulsion at the discretion of the Khagan. You will have 48 hours to remove the AA before the attacks commence.
2. Rest assured, members that are found to be pushing this limit will be expelled without hesitation and depending upon the crime, retaliation may be warranted.

[edit] Title 2: Leadership

[edit] Article 1: Khagan

1. The Khagan is more than a King, Prince, or Potentate. He can make changes to the Writ of Mandamus. Feel free to show disapproval by leaving.
2. The priveledges of the Khagan do not come without the onus of responsibility. He is in charge of the Banking System, War Department, and Foreign Relations.
3. The Khagan will make appointments to various officer positions as he sees fit. The appointment length is indefinite at the Khagan's discretion.

[edit] Article 2: War Khan

1. The War Khan will assist the Khagan in times of war.
2. If the Khagan is not present, and won't be for at least 24 hours, the War Officer will be authorized to make decisions. Upon return of the Khagan, he will have a chance to review the situation and take needed action immediately.

[edit] Article 3: Foreign Affairs Khan

1. The Foreign Affairs Khan will assist the Khagan of managing day to day foreign relations.
2. They will also assist the Khagan in setting up embassies for visiting diplomats.
3. The same provisions apply as in Title 2, Aricle 2, (2).

[edit] Article 4: Finance Khan

1. The Finance Khan will assist the Khagan in managing the day to day needs of the Darkfall Alliance Banking System and spreading AIDS.
2. The same provisions apply as in Title 2, Aricle 2, (2).

[edit] Article 5: Recruiting Khan

1. The Recruiting Khan will assist the Khagan in recruitment efforts.

[edit] Article 6: Elections

1. Not applicable. When a Khagan loses support from the members of the Darkfall Alliance to such a degree that he feels he can most benefit the alliance by stepping down, then it is his duty to do so.
2. The Darkfall Alliance Members will be responsible for picking a new one.

Note, the Khagan is the leader of all departments, and has the final say. If he deems a position not be filled, then it will remain vacant.

[edit] Article 1: Offensive Wars

1. Tech raiding is now illegal within the Darkfall Alliance. Aligned nations, unaligned, any. This counts as a violation of the Writ of Mandamus. Strict adherance will be required within 4 days of the public announcement of this Writ.
2. Warmongering by the members is not allowed.

[edit] Article 2: Defensive Wars

1. The Darkfall Alliance will do everything within it's power (first diplomatically, then financially, then militarily) to aid a member nation.
2. As in the past, allies can expect us to honor our pacts with the utmost punctuality and zeal no matter the odds.
3. We will do our best to be the first ones in to help our allies.
