The Emperor of the New Polar Order is the highest ranking member of the alliance. The position was originally created by Ivan Moldavi after the Second Polar War. The position was eventually passed to Tygaland, who later resigned and appointed Electron Sponge as his successor, whose reign is one of the longest in the history of CN, and it has continued since with AlmightyGrub now leader. The Emperor cannot be expelled from the NpO.
