Carthage Empire was an enormous, superbly developed, and ancient nation at 1402 days old with citizens primarily of Mixed ethnicity whose religion is Buddhism. Its technology was first rate and its citizens marveled at the astonishing advancements within their nation. Its citizens payed extremely high taxes and many despised their government as a result. The citizens of Carthage Empire worked diligently to produce Spices and Fish as tradable resources for their nation. It was mostly a neutral country when it came to foreign affairs. It would usually only attack another nation if attacked first. It believed nuclear weapons were necessary for the security of its people. Plans were on the way within Carthage Empire to open new rehabilitation centers across the nation and educate its citizens of the dangers of drug use. Carthage Empire allowed its citizens to protest their government but used a strong police force to monitor things and arrest lawbreakers. It had an open border policy, but in order for immigrants to remain in the country they would have had to become citizens first. Carthage Empire believed in the freedom of speech and felt that it is every citizen's right to speak freely about their government. The government gave foreign aid when it could, but looked to take care of its own people first. Carthage Empire would not make deals with another country that had a history of inhuman treatment of its citizens.

The founding of the Carthage empire, dates back when Ancient Phoenicians, were sailing in the Mediterranean, and made camp in fertile north Africa.
Carthage Empire has been around since the year of 2006. It fought in the polar wars, the first great war, the unjust war, and countless others.

As of Jan 7, 2011 Carthage Empire was no longer a member of the World Task Force.
Alliance History[]
GATO was the first alliance CE was apart of. April to October 2006. GPA followed for a few months. Then CE was in Socialistic Empire for a small time. Then CE was in GUN for summer of 07. MK for a week,( and complications arose) Then CE was a member of TTK for 300 days mabey. then R&R for 200 + days. NSO for a few months, and WTF for 250 plus days.
