Article 1: Membership
Membership in the Tuatha Dé Danann is open to anyone, except the following:
- Nations who are currently in an alliance.
- Nations who are on another alliance's ZI list.
- Re-rolls of nations who are in bad standings with their former alliance.
- Nations currently engaged in an active war.
Note: These are not the only requirements and a nation's membership will always pertain to the discretion of the High King.
Article 2: The High King, and the Four Treasures
The ruling body of Tuatha Dé Danann consists of The High King, and his four treasures.
Section 1: High King
The High King is the leader of Tuatha Dé Danann. The High King will be the highest form of government in the alliance, what he says is final. This position is not elected, it is appointed by either the previous high king, or agreement by all four treasures.
Section 2: Four Treasures
The Four Treasures are the second tier of the government.
Dagda's Cauldron is responsible for managing the financial system of the alliance. His duties include, but are not limited to: managing banking system, forming aid programs, and creating and negotiating tech deals.
The Spear of Lugh is responsible for dealings with foreign parties. His duties include, but are not limited to: managing diplomats, managing embassies in the alliance, and dealing with any problems that arise with other alliances.
The Stone of Fal is responsible for the internal workings of the alliance. His duties include, but are not limited to: managing recruitment, membership applications, internal communications, and managing the roll sheets.
The Sword of Light is responsible for the defense of the alliance. He is responsible for maintaining the Fianna (Tuatha Dé Danann military) and any type of military actions.
Article 3: War Declarations
Any alliance wide war declaration ,be it agressive or in defense of an ally, must be signed off by both the High King and the treasure. Defensive actions are the responsibility of the Sword of Light.
Article 4: Treaties
Treaties must be discussed by all treasures and signed by the high king and 75% of the treasures.
Article : Charter Amendments
A charter amendment can be proposed by any member of the alliance, and to pass must have 100% agreement with the High King and Four Treasures.
