FORT was a small alliance with a multicolored member base. It was started up by GDW, then, Czar Aleksander took over due to real life issues of GDW. Czar Aleksander continued to lead, but eventually left FORT after GWII ended. After Czar Aleksander left, GDW resumed leadership, and eventually FORT was disbanned after a few weeks of lack of members.
