- Gaelatians are a Gaelic tribe of drunken philanderers, who enjoy a good joke, a nice smoke, and (on occasion) a little toke.
- Led by the zombified remains of Ireland's last great High King, Brian Boru, the Gaelatians are a generally peaceful lot, but are prone to fits of violence when whiskey is involved.
When their friends are threatened, however, the Gaelatians take it as a slight against themselves and will do whatever it takes, by any means necessary, to protect their friends and allies.

Once upon a time, late in the year of 2006, a group of Gaelic speaking Irish folk grew fed up with Ireland herself and took over the Ireland, using ancient Gaelic mysticism to resurrect the body of Brian Boru (or Boruma, if you prefer). BrianBoru was a shrewd, highly skilled warrior and leader, and ushered in a time of great prosperity after the take over.
Other disaffected but independent nations from the forum world of TaBB joined Gaelatia and created a small alliance of their own, who coexisted peacefully with other realms.
This was not to last, however. Pirates of the Parrot Order, a marauding band of pirates and brigands, raided and nearly destroyed Gaelatia in month of May, 2007. TaBB soon disbanded, but a helping hand was extended by Asa Phillips of the World Task Force to BrianBoru, who gladly accepted much to the pleasure of Gaelatia's citizens.
Since then, the Gaelatians have eagerly sought to prove themselves as worthy members of the WTF. They have come to the aid of several WTF members over the last several years, participated in the crushing of two traitors, and have recently appropriated a sizable nuclear arsenal. As of April 2008, BrianBoru and Gaelatia were charged with the duty to preside over and conduct the World Task Force's military affairs.
