IYAOYAS means a lot of things. It means that above all, the person beside you is a friend and brother. Stemming from it's roots in the Marine Corps Aviation Ordnance community, this alliance was founded by 3809940TAA of Energomash, a once and former ordnanceman. Previously an upstanding member of Echelon, 3809940TAA held disagreement with some of the ongoing issues within the alliance and decided to pioneer on his own.

The rules defining the loading of Ordnance are "written in blood," because of incidents claiming the lives of ordnancemen that have gone before. In this respect, 3809940TAA holds the title Master Ordnanceman. The work he's accomplished and the mistakes that he's witnessed forge the way IYAOYAS will do business on Planet Bob. Nobody is perfect, but until such a time as he is unfit for duties, 3809940TAA serves a life term as the leader of IYAOYAS.

Even while being a protectorate of Echelon, certain nations have attempted to perform tech raids on the solitary IYAOYAS nation.

An unnamed nation in Bushido performed a tech raid, then later claimed that 3809940TAA changed his nation bio after the fact to act as a lure. This unnamed nation used aircraft and cruise missiles to perform his tech raid- a common opening salvo for starting a war, not a tech raid. This unnamed nation is currently banned from the Echelon irc channel for his false claims. x_Tela_x and Caffine are owed a debt of thanks for their performance in negotiations.
