Joeburbia is a medium sized, well developed, and aging nation at 494 days old with citizens primarily of Caucasian ethnicity whose religion is Norse. Its technology is first rate and its citizens marvel at the astonishing advancements within their nation. Its citizens pay extremely high taxes and many despise their government as a result. The citizens of Joeburbia work diligently to produce Iron and Oil as tradable resources for their nation. It is an aggressive country that some say has an itch for war. It believes nuclear weapons are necessary for the security of its people. The military of Joeburbia has been positioned at all border crossings and is arresting all drug traffickers. Joeburbia allows its citizens to openly protest their government, even if it means violence. It has an open border policy, but in order for immigrants to remain in the country they will have to become citizens first. Joeburbia believes in the freedom of speech and feels that it is every citizen's right to speak freely about their government. The government gives whatever is necessary to help others out in times of crisis, even if it means hurting its own economy. Joeburbia will not make deals with another country that has a poor history of inhuman treatment of its citizens.

When he first traversed the lands of Plant Bob, a beacon, from the heavens and scattered the shadows. That Beacon was The Global Defense Initative. Joe Stupid became immensely intrigued with the Inner-workings of Cybernations, and had to know more. About 1 month into GDI, they had merged with Azure Coalescence, into The once famed Ascended Coalition of Liberty. Where he became a founder, with a low level job, deputy director of Intelligence. He quickly climbed up the ladder eventually ascendng to Triumvir in Febuary. He was the Military leader of ACL, and he lasted from Feb-June when ACL merged into Ragnarok.
Joe then joined Rok like the rest of ACL, but he couldn't call her home just yet for he was no finished. He started on what at first seemed a one man crusade to remake ACL, but take it even further. He then recruited Caossal, MonsterMaster, Porksaber, Lord Kresden, CjstMajor, and Barix to his cause.
