Keledar is a very large and older nation with citizens primarily of Celtic ethnicity who follow mixed religions. Its technology is advancing rapidly. Its citizens enjoy a wealth of technology within their nation. Its citizens pay extremely high taxes and many despise their government as a result. The citizens of Keledar work diligently to produce Water and Lumber as tradable resources for their nation. It is an aggressive country that some say has an itch for war. It believes nuclear weapons are necessary for the security of its people. The military of Keledar has been positioned at all border crossings and is arresting all drug traffickers. Keledar allows its citizens to protest their government but uses a strong police force to monitor things and arrest lawbreakers. It has an open border policy, but in order for immigrants to remain in the country they will have to become citizens first. Keledar believes in the freedom of speech and feels that it is every citizens right to speak freely about their government. The government gives whatever is necessary to help others out in times of crisis, even it means hurting its own economy. Keledar will not make deals with another country that has a poor history of inhuman treatment of its citizens.
Keledar was founded on April 3 in the year 2006. Starting with very few citizens and almost no military, the nation has grown very rapidly over the past months and has risen to a very high strength and is now counted among the strongest and most influential of the world's nations. Very early in its history, the nation was a member of the New Pacific Order. After a short period of time, Luagh, the esteemed ruler of Keledar thought it would be advantageous to join another alliance. He signed Keledar up for the Grand Global Alliance. Rising through the ranks, Luagh is now a highly ranked and decorated member of this fine alliance. Elected Chief of Paladins in December 2006, he carries out his duties well and guids and instructs members of the alliance.
