Khaz Modan is a growing, mostly developed, and aging nation at 481 days old with citizens primarily of Spanish ethnicity whose religion is Christianity. Its technology is first rate and its citizens marvel at the astonishing advancements within their nation. Its citizens pay extremely high taxes and but any protests land higher taxes, the Citizens have learned to not protest tax rates. The citizens of Khaz Modan work diligently to produce Cattle and Marble as tradable resources for their nation. It is an aggressive country that some say has an itch for war. Khaz Modan is currently researching nuclear technology for the use of nuclear power plants but believes nuclear weapons should be banned. The military of Khaz Modan has been positioned at all border crossings and is arresting all drug traffickers. Khaz Modan does not allow any form of government protests. Its armed police forces work quickly at "dissolving" any and all government protests. It has an open border policy, but in order for immigrants to remain in the country they will have to become citizens first. Khaz Modan detains individuals who participate in the slanderous comments about the government. The government gives whatever is necessary to help others out in times of crisis, even if it means hurting its own economy. Khaz Modan will not make deals with another country that has a poor history of inhuman treatment of its citizens.

On April 12, 2008, Krunk peacefully changed Khaz Modan forever by assuming the throne. He abolished all the old systems and implemented a new order in the Empire.

Krunk is the supreme overlord of the empire, his word is law. When he assumed the throne, he realized that no one person can possibly rule the entirety of a kingdom alone -- He then implemented a strictly regimented chain of command that no one dare break (Mostly because no one can think of anything better). Stylizing himself with an incredibly long title -- He only requires his people to refer to him as "Your Holiness" or "Emperor"

Krunk is the final say in anything government, Should he step down he will appoint a successor. He is a kind and benevolent emperor but that does not stop him from ruling with an Iron Fist -- The better the nation does as a whole, the better her people will do.

[edit] Circulo Imperial (Imperial Circle)

The Imperial Circle is a group the 5 closest, most trusted advisors to the Emperor. They answer only to the Emperor himself and any requests must go through them. The Emperor still reviews what the circle members tell him and do not tell him - No one dares withhold anything from the Emperor if they value their life.

[edit] Ministerios (Ministries)

The Ministers of Khaz Modan run the day-to-day affairs of the Nation. Each Ministry is run by 1 Minister, 1 Deputy Minister, and as many workers as needed (An unemployment initiative used by the Circulo Imperial to keep unemployment down to nearly a thousandth of a percent of the total population)

Ministry of Truth: Controls the media and carefully manipulates public opinion in the Emperor's favor.

Ministry of Peace: Carefully manipulates and crafts International Opinion.

Ministry of Wealth: Controls the amount of wealth per citizen so that no one family enjoys a gross benefit over the other -- If citizens want a higher standard of living, they will work to bring the nation's income as a whole up so that more funds may be requisitioned to them. This ministry also controls the price of all goods within the Empire so that no citizen.

Ministry of Welfare: Makes sure that all citizens are adhering to the letter of the Emperor's Laws. This ministry also ordains the ministers of the land -- the members of which are Heaven-Ordained ministers themselves. Also administrates the empire's labor force.

Ministry of Security: Runs the Khaz Modan Armed Forces. Military Service is mandatory for all citizens from the age of 18-32 with possible drafts beyond that. Many soldiers stay beyond 32 and make life careers out of the military. Also a branch of this ministry is the Public Services department (Street Dept, Fire Dept, 911 Emergency, Police Dept etc.)

Ministry of Wellness: Ensures that every citizen has access to high quality care--keeping the costs down to acceptable levels according to the Ministry of Wealth's standard of living requirement. Also administrates advisable and unadvisable work specifications for the elderly and handicapped because, according to the Ministry, even if you're an old lady in a nursing home you can still keep yourself busy by knitting blankets and clothes for the empire.

Ministry of Knowledge: Administrates Education programs and Educational Discipline. Includes the Administration for Fail Laws and Rules which stops stupid lawsuits like HOT coffee burning someone cause they were an idiot.

Education is foremost in the empire. Students are expected to know how to read at a 1st grade level by the time they reach Kindergarten so that Learning may start immediately. Discipline problems are unheard of in the Education System of

the Empire, as teachers are given license to spank unruly children as needed. The School System in the Empire rivals the systems of Asia in their rigidity and structure. Failure is not an option.

The Empire's entire culture is centered around the savior of the world, Jesus Christ. As such, no one may turn away anyone who needs help. Neither may anyone abuse the good graces of others. The law of Christ is the law of the land. No practitioners of other religions are allowed to live in the Empire, however, the Ministry of Welfare will pray for them and find them a new home. Christianity is practiced by 100% of the Empire's citizens.
