Lord Valentine was one of the founding members of the NPO and was an active participant throughout most of its history.
His NationStates experience is vast. At one point he opposed Ivan Moldavi's takeover of the North Pacific region of that game, only to defect and become a vocal member of the NPO's incarnation at the time, the People’s Republic of the Pacific. It is there where he joined the first wave of NPOers marching onto CN.
He became a recurring feature in the Order's Alliance Council, before becoming Imperial Officer for Security under Dilber. His most fond memory in the NPO is fighting the First Polar War against the Holyone. In remembrance of the conflict, he created the Victory Bar, currently the most frequented locale within the NPO.
He was a member of the Siberian Tiger Alliance for two months, at the time of the FAN-WUT war. After contributing to the establishment of the alliance, he returned to the NPO, where he was made an Imperial Officer. He has since retired from that position. In the fall of 2010 Lord Valentine's nation was deleted due to RL circumstances.
