Lord Valleo joined the New Pacific Order in February of 2008 after an 18 month hiatus from CyberNations. NPO is the sole alliance of which Ruler Lord Valleo has been a member.
[edit] Personal History
As other Rulers, he was previously part of small alliances where he rose to be one of the top-three. As these Rulers he initially, wasn't interested in big alliances like the NPO. He presumed that larger alliances like the NPO were not capable of honesty and fairness just because of their size.
Still, Lord Valleo joined the NPO in order to judge for himself whether these preconceived notions were correct. He was pleasantly surprised to find they were not, and that the NPO provided a community of individuals and values unparalleled by any in Planet Bob. In his own words, My expectations were blown away as I realized how wrong people were about the NPO and I realized I had found my home. I can safely say the New Pacific Order is the best alliance on Planet Bob.

In Lord Valleo's own words...
Praetorian Guard - my first love my first job! It is natural for me to protect and serve that which I love and fuels my success and enjoyment of this department.
MilCom - We have the best military in all of CN, and it was a privilege and honor to serve. I love to lead and the great people in you work with made MilCom a very enjoyable and treasured experienced.
Tech Dept - These are seriously some of the hardest working most under acknowledged people in NPO. It is hard to believe you can enjoy working so hard, but it is the people involved that make it happen.
Media Dept - Art and Music and I can drink and still perform well, what is not to enjoy here.
The Council - While I was brand new there, when I looked around and saw the Councilors I served with, I couldn't imagine it not being a positive and enjoyable experience.
Bottom Line, my Comrades and the Service to the Order I have provided are what makes CN worth while and enjoyable.
