The New Wave of Heavy Artillery, currently, is the personal affiliation of the nation of Adamantian Eye, ruled by the one simply called Wrath. Whether or not Wrath intends this affiliation to be an alternative to the Tech-Raid-Vulnerable "None" affiliation, or a new alliance in the works remains to be seen.
