A proposed protectorate deal between the Cascadian Republic and the New Polar Order, it was handed down to Polaris on April 18. NpO's unofficial diplomat to the CR, MyWorld, stated that "we already have too many protectorates" and that the alliance was leaning towards a "no" answer. It was on April 21 that it was assumed that hopes of a Polaris-Cascadian protectorate would not come to shine, Renoava then turned to old friend Tygaland and the Siberian Tiger Alliance for another proposed protectorate deal.
