Oregon Commonwealth is a growing, developing, and maturing nation at 77 days old with citizens primarily of Caucasian ethnicity whose religion is Taoism. It is a backwards nation when it comes to technology and many refer to it unkindly as a 'Third World Nation'. Its citizens enjoy freedom from high taxation and as a result tend to earn more money. The citizens of Oregon Commonwealth work diligently to produce Rubber and Oil as tradable resources for their nation. It is a mostly neutral country when it comes to foreign affairs. It will usually only attack another nation if attacked first. When it comes to nuclear weapons Oregon Commonwealth will not research or develop nuclear weapons. Plans are on the way within Oregon Commonwealth to open new rehabilitation centers across the nation and educate its citizens of the dangers of drug use. Oregon Commonwealth allows its citizens to protest their government but uses a strong police force to monitor things and arrest lawbreakers. It welcomes all new immigrants with open borders. Oregon Commonwealth believes in the freedom of speech and feels that it is every citizens right to speak freely about their government. The government gives whatever is necessary to help others out in times of crisis, even if it means hurting its own economy. Oregon Commonwealth will not make deals with another country that has a poor history of inhuman treatment of its citizens.

Under Oregon Commonwealth Oreder 07-07-0301, signed by International Minister D.A. Loftus and Domestic Minister S. Livengood, and approved by both Houses, in short "A further delineation of the proposed Commonwealth boundaries would necessarily include the complete watershed of the Columbia river, therefore naturally including the territories of what are now Idaho, western Montana, and part of Wyoming, Utah, and very northern Nevada." This includes early claims to all of Oregon and Washington. Some argue that the inclusion of the Columbia watershed is vital to the integrity of The Commonwealth and the health of its ecosystem
