The Peace Doctrine was a policy of the New Pacific Order during the GATO-1V War to bring all No Vision nations remaining in peace mode for more than 5 days to Zero infrastructure permanently. The decree was issued on April 30, 2008.[1]
This move by the NPO was very controversial as it no longer allows for the strategy of keeping high strength banking nations out of the war to rebuild the alliance when the war is over.
