The Peoples Republic of Independent States is an alliance in Cybernations.
The alliance is a favorite of many nations for tech dealing. All of the nations in the alliance can do tech deals.
Tetris-PROIS War

As of 5/22/12, tech raiding became illegal in PROIS. This was because a ghost nation of the PROIS attacked a nation in Tetris. Relations with Tetris and the Prois are pending. A resolution is coming soon.
On 5/23/12 Tetris announced a Notice of Policing Action and attacked PROIS due to having "failed to respond to the ultimatum we issued" as said by USMC123, the leader of Tetris. This started the Tetris-PROIS War.
After the initial declaration, Judge X found that PROIS leadership had attempted to contact Tetris leadership via an edit to the PROIS wiki. USMC123, upon learning that PROIS had in fact attempted to contact Tetris, ordered an immediate ceasefire and offered White Peace to PROIS, which was quickly accepted. The Kaskus alliance declared protection over PROIS during the ordeal, seemingly unaware that Tetris had already ordered peace, and reached an amicable agreement with Tetris. It was also discovered that the original rogue nation in question was likely ghosting the PROIS alliance affiliation for the previous four days after being at war with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization while having no alliance affiliation, but there is some contention due to the PROIS wiki implying the rogue in question was a member.
A little over 12 hours after the initial declaration, Tetris declared it was considering the case closed and would be ending hostilities against PROIS.
