- The Picon Republic was formed from various people that were forced from their homes from other nations. One leader emerged, The leader, Yuri Vega, a young man of 24 to take charge and try to curb out a small area for the new people called Picons.

Joined NADC the day after formation of nation. Found NADC was not the alliance to be in.
Applied to NpO on the 22nd of June, 2009, became a full member of the New Polar Order on June 24th, 2009.
On orders from NpO, attacked nations of FDA,though the war ended in the surrender of FDA, Picon Republic inflicted 41,145 Casualties on the enemy, with the loss of 36,869 soldiers.
