Eagleia (Full: Federation of Eagleia) is a Federation made up of self governing States and limited self governing territories.

States have vast amounts of self governments, territories do not have as much.
Each State has a Governor appointed by Her Majesty the Queen, a Premier elected by the people of the State, a Prefect appointed by the Governor General to represent Eagleton and the Federation in the State, a Legislature elected by the people, and a independent Judiacal system. As well as other institutions, such as Police forces, etc.
Each Territory has a Prefect appointed by the Governor-General, a Speaker who leads the Territorial Council elected by it's members, who are in turn elected by the people of the territory, and a Justice heading it's Territorial Court and representing the Territory in the Supreme Court.
