The Right Honourable, Sir, Rabbitisterdon Karrots is the current Premier of the Province of Einea and Member of the Privy Council of Eagleia.

Until the Act of Federation of Eagleia on 15th June 2009, he was Usher of the Empire of Eagleia, Marshall of it's Union, Leader of Her Majesty's Loyal Opposition in the House of Representatives, and Head of the Royal Commissions Council. He holds the record for holding the most number of offices and positions all at the same time. He was also the leader of The Economist Party in the House of Representatives, which was the second largest party in the House when he lead it.

He well known across Eagleia and frequently visits all parts of it. In his personal life he is "well known for trying to grab more offices and positions". He is also known for his love of vegetables and being very healthy. He loves to read books and is good friends with Lady Tottington, who is the Lord Mayor of Eagleton and a fellow book and vegetable lover. His son is Commander of the Army in the Military of Eagleia and his wife, Rabbitshia, is a Member of the House of Lords, a Justice in the Supreme Court and was the first CEO of the Jewel Corporation Ltd in Eagleton and Einea.
