[edit] The Rhenvar Rebellion

The Rhenvar Rebellion is the event that involves the failed coup attempt of Alpha Orionis. Rhenvar precipitated a series of events that led to his expulsion, role-played public execution on #Alpha_Orionis, and the ZI sentence bestowed upon him that was carried out by a joint effort between Alpha Orionis and Ragnorak. Rhenvar not only showed Alpha Orionis which members were loyal, but the effiecency of her diplomatic and military systems.

[edit] Unveiling of the Plot

On August 7th, Aggamennod informed Conrad Palaeologus I that Rhenvar had contacted him and asked him to support an internal rebellion to overthrow Grand Marshal Klaus von Ausburg. Having access to the Adminstration panel of the Alpha Orionis forums, he was going to ban all of the forum administrators, and hold the forums hostage until more democratic institutions were installed. Once Conrad Palaeologus I heard this information, he removed Rhenvar's access to the administration panel, and masked him as a member until he could be questioned.

[edit] Attempt to Gather Foreign Support

Later that day, Shurukian, Empress of The German Empire, came to Conrad Palaeologus I and informed him that Rhenvar had registered on their forums to lay low. Not only that; he had talked to several TGE members: Lech Walesa and Emperor Marx, to try to gain military support against Alpha Orionis and forcefully create a democratic system. After he was found out, he was baned on Alpha Orionis' forums. Rhenvar then resigned and fled to the Christian Coalition of Countries, who were alerted of the situation and rejected his application.

On August 8th, 2008, Alpha Orionis and Ragnarok initiated a joint-strike on Rhenvar's nation. In mere seconds, his nation was in anarchy and his armed forces in general ruin and retreat. In retaliation, he posted his greviances on the CyberNations' forum in To the Leaders of Alpha Orionis and Ragnorak. He was swifty countered and de-famed for his actions by two posts written by Conrad Palaeologus I and Klaus von Ausburg. On August 12th, 2008, Rhenvar was publicially executed on #Alpha_Orionis as a warning to all those that defy the Grand Marshal and plot to overthrow the government.
