RuntMutLend is a large sized, highly developed, and ancient nation at 817 days old with citizens primarily of Celtic ethnicity whose religion is Buddhism. Its technology is first rate and its citizens marvel at the astonishing advancements within their nation. Its citizens pay extremely high taxes and many despise their government as a result. The citizens of RuntMutLend work diligently to produce Water and Iron as tradable resources for their nation. It is an aggressive country that some say has an itch for war. It believes nuclear weapons are necessary for the security of its people. The military of RuntMutLend has been positioned at all border crossings and is arresting all drug traffickers. RuntMutLend allows its citizens to openly protest their government, even if it means violence. Its borders are closed to all forms of immigration. RuntMutLend believes in the freedom of speech and feels that it is every citizen's right to speak freely about their government. The government gives whatever is necessary to help others out in times of crisis, even if it means hurting its own economy. RuntMutLend will not make deals with another country that has a poor history of inhuman treatment of its citizens.

HistoryEdit

The nation of RuntMutLend was created December 26 of 2007 and soon after that joined the alliance Special Ops Lounge. Pbaff, the ruler of RuntMutLend, was a member of this alliance until March 13 of 2007 when they joined The Democratic Order. On October fifth of 2007 the nation of RuntMutLend was elevated to the Low Senate of TDO.

EconomyEdit

The government of RuntMutLend collects taxes from it's citizens every 19 days at a %30 rate. Most of this money is spent on expanding the nations infrastructure but some is exported to other countries in exchange for technology. The natural resources of this nation are iron and water. The iron is mined from the great mine fields outside of the capital, Runtstania. Most of the water comes from the many lakes and rivers that are located in the south east part of the country.

MilitaryEdit

RuntMutLend is a peaceful and neutral nation but believes in having a military to deter possible attackers. RuntMutLend has a standing, volunteer only, military that is approximately half of the population with an effective fighting force that equals the civilian population of the nation. The air force of RuntMutLend consists almost entirely of fighter aircraft, with only 10 bombers on hand. The military also has a small navy force, mainly consisting of aircraft carriers that assist the air force in defense and attack. There is also a stockpile of 25 nuclear weapons on hand that will be used in the defense of this great nation should the need arise.
