As ruler of the Astralasian Communes she installed a communistic theocracy centered on the worship of Nero, Holy Unicorn of the Apocolypse. Although this religion was just a joke to mess with the peoples' minds, it caught on.

She is also Divine Administrator of the System_37 Alliance. Her powers include among other things, "the right to say and do whatever I want". Although unelected or appointed she became de facto dictator. Its a good thing since The System would be lost without her guidence and financial support.
