[edit] Beginnings
Slovostsky founded the nation of Alcadia early in 2006. He applied to join the Order in November of the same year, when the First Red Senate Debate was occurring. Deciding that the NPO would respect his desires to remain neutral, his decision was some what helped by receiving voting messages.

After joining the NPO, Slovostsky investigated his options, eventually he would join the bank. Beginnings as a normal banker, Slovotsky rose to lead Battalion Banking (the process of keeping nations on the front line at war and supplied). With the retirement of several of the Economic IOs, space was made for promotions, with the Chairman of the Bank Millionario being promoted one step further to Economic IO and Vice-Chairman Letum moving up to Chairman, a spot was open for Slovotsky. Thus, he was promoted to Vice-Chairman of the Bank along side retaining is role in Battalion Banking.
