Recently I also see that this article is very out of date. RnR has paid reps. Sorry but can someone update this/

That section is a "stub": I had only the time to put a simple list.
More detailed information would be needed about the exact expiring dates of the Protectorate for those Alliance listed under "Negotiated Terms"
Also, I have the impression that the whole article is more the NoV Charter, than the NoV "description". This page may either be renamed (with the "Protectorates" section put in a new "NoV Description" new page); or the Charter could be moved to a new page for itself; or a dedicated section should be introduced to account for the "Charter only" part of it.
