I think we should add after what level tech begins to get more expensive. I'm pretty sure it is after you've purchased 5 tech, so I'm going to put that down. -pbh101 (ruler of ND Nation in game)

[edit] Third World Technology

Does anyone know at what point your nation stops being referred to as backward and "Third World?" It's not at 25 tech, even though the icon on the tech page is showing lines of satellite dishes...

I think it's sometwhere between 50 and 100 tech, because at 100 tech is when I first noticed the "average" statement.
