Teleantioquia is the Antioquian Public broadcasting institution. It is managed by the government and forms and important part of the NERATE. Altrought the opposition has called it "An Institution of Lies and Propaganda", the President has already denied this and asked for respect from part of the Conservative Party.

Teleantioquia currently uses the Midwayan Satellite MDCOM I for its broadcasting operations across antioquia and another 2 Terrestial communication bases of the government as support of the NERATE.

Teleantioquia also manages the smaller broadcasting institution Telemedellin, which is only for the area of the City of Medellin.
