The Arctic Order was founded on March 23, 2009 by Britishdude and Concussion. The Arctic Order is based on the Aqua Sphere. On the same day of their Declaration of Existence The Arctic Order consisted of three members--Britishdude, Concussion and SuperMitch6. As of the 13th day of April in the year 2009 The Arctic Order was up to 7 official members. HooahSoldier was named by Britishdude to be the first recruit to go through the preliminary membership processing.

Along with its Declaration of Existence, the Mostly Harmless Alliance agreed to become a protector of the newborn alliance. The Arctic Order then entered what is now known as the EPIC Protectorate Bloc.
