We the undersigned nations of The Untouchables do hereby write this charter for our governing laws and customs.

[edit] Article I – Triumvirate

• . The Triumvirate are composed of the Triumvir of War, the Triumvir of Foreign Affairs and the Triumvir of Internal Affairs
• . A 2/3 Triumvir vote can put The Untouchables in a state of war, sign a treaty, or pass judgment on any member deemed guilty of a crime.
• . The Triumvirate may remove one of the Triumvirs only with a 2/3 vote amongst themselves.
• . The Triumvirs are in charge of managing their own departments and may appoint or remove deputies or lesser officials

[edit] Article II – The Bureau

• . The Bureau is responsible for advising the Triumvirate on all matters.
• . The Bureau is consisted of trusted members selected by the triumvirate
• . The Bureau shall never number more than 7 at any point in time

[edit] Article III – Deputies

• . Deputies are responsible for aiding the Triumvirs in running the departments
• . Deputies are trusted members whom have been appointed by the Triumvirate to serve in the Government

[edit] Article IV – Membership

• . Anyone wishing to become a member of The Untouchables must apply on the forum
• . Membership will be very selective and those who are chosen are expected to actively participate in the alliance
• . The application process shall contain a grace period lasting no more than 7 days in which members and government may ask any questions they have of the member and the prospective member will be expected to answer any and all questions
• . To become a member requires a 2/3 Triumvir vote

[edit] Article V – Nuclear Weapons

• . The Untouchables will encourage the development of nuclear weapons as we believe they are vital to an alliance's success. The Untouchables will also only use nuclear weapons if authorized by the Triumvirate. We also recognize that if The Untouchables or our Allies are nuked or have our nukes spied away, that we have a valid reason to initiate nuclear warfare with our enemies.

[edit] Article VI – Disbandment

• . If at any point The Untouchables wish to disband, a Deputy, Triumvir, or member of the Bureau shall initiate a disbandment vote lasting no fewer than 24 hours, or until the entire membership has voted. If such a vote passes by 2/3 or more, The Untouchables shall disband.
