[edit] Preamble

Under the auspices of free flowing booze and with a common respect for the true elixirs of life, Sparta and Umbrella cement their friendship with the following pact of mutual defense and optional assistance.

[edit] I. Mutual Friendship

Both signatories agree to treat each other always with respect, in private and in public. There shall be no questioning of manhood or womanhood between these two, unless it is in the course of a drinking challenge, of which there will be many. Indeed, both signatories shall preserve the spirit of this pact through constant communication.

[edit] II. Intelligence

Both signatories agree to share any and all information which they deem to be of great importance to the other party. This shall include treaty notifications when said treaties include military obligations. In the case that the vital information is provided by a third party under confidential circumstances, the signatory receiving information shall advocate the release of this information to the other partner with permission of the third party.

[edit] III. Non-Aggression

Neither signatory shall never, ever throw empty bottles at one another. In the case that either a mistake is made, or a member is found unaccustomed to their duty resulting in them tossing some glass, the alliance of that member shall be held responsible for ending the onslaught and offer to cover the hospital bill.

[edit] IV. Defense

Should a signatory's drinking prowess be aggressively challenged by a third party, the other signatory must provide necessary backup in the form of military, financial, diplomatic, and indeed alcoholic assistance.

[edit] V. Optional Assistance

Before heading to a kegger, the thirsty signatory is encouraged to ask for assistance in crashing the party. Should the other signatory be a) too hungover b) busy with the missus or c) under strict doctor orders not to participate, then clause IV of this document will be suspended for the duration of the conflict.

[edit] VI. Cancellation

Should either signatory decide to cancel this pact, they must notify the government of the other signatory no less than 72 hours prior to the official cancellation.
