[edit] Responsibilities of the Vice-Chancellor

1. The office of the Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Chancellor and will serve at the pleasure and discretion of the Chancellor. (Charter 4.a.2.a)
2. The Vice Chancellor is to fill the role and duties of the executive office if the Chancellor is unable to do so. (Charter 4.a.2.b)
3. The Vice Chancellor will assist in keeping the Church Body informed of Council affairs. (Charter 4.a.2.c)

The first Vice Chancellor was Santiago, Leader of Santa Angliae. The position of Vice-Chancellor is the only position created in the High Council that is appointed by another High Council member. Several Chancellors began their service to the alliance as a Vice-Chancellor, including KeyStroke, Nate1865, and Samwise amongst others. Slave2Jesus became the first Vice-Chancellor to serve a two nonconsecutive terms as Vice-Chancellor on January of 2009, when he received his second appointed as Vice-Chancellor from Bolak (his first appointment was from Sheldomar, Bolak's older brother)
