Volsung's contribution to the Arts
Volsung is a very large and older nation at 55 days old with citizens primarily of Norwegian ethnicity whose religion is Baha'i Faith. Its technology is first rate and its citizens marvel at the astonishing advancements within their nation. Its citizens pay extremely high taxes and many despise their government as a result. The citizens of Volsung work diligently to produce Aluminum and Furs as tradable resources for their nation. It is an aggressive country that some say has an itch for war. Volsung is currently researching nuclear technology for the use of nuclear power plants but believes nuclear weapons should be banned. Plans are on the way within Volsung to open new rehabilitation centers across the nation and educate its citizens of the dangers of drug use. Volsung does not allow any form of government protests. Its armed police forces work quickly at "dissolving" any and all government protests. It has an open border policy, but in order for immigrants to remain in the country they will have to become citizens first. Volsung detains individuals who participated in the slanderous comments about the government. The government gives foreign aid when it can, but looks to take care of its own people first. Volsung will trade with other nations with questionable ethical treatment of their citizens but prefers to keep such trade agreements a secret.

The nation was first formed when the enigmatic Shadow Khan rose to take the Volsung throne. The only speech he has ever made to the public or "meatbags" was the now infamous CoLUEsion speech which he gave to the populace after the devastating shortage of "POZ loads" and "coleSLANDER" which subsequently sparked a short-lived rebellion. He said very little, but the effects of his speech were felt by all. "This isn't a democracy, it's an iron fisted dictatorship." He then summarily ordered the mass gassing of all who were protesting at the time, effectively ending any and all resistance to his glorious rule. May Death Come Swiftly To His Enemies.
