Wilbur Thomas Willow (born 9 September 1972) is the first and current Vice King of the United States of JBR. He is formally styled as His Grandness, Wilbur, Vice King of the United States of JBR. He officially began service on April 7, 2011 although was Vice King since March 4 that same year as Lance Pikachurin.
Early life

Wilbur was born in a hospital in West Los Angeles where he was raised under the care of his uncle, Chester Willow. His parents were biologists who were constantly out of town and had Chester be the guardian of Willow. Willow showed great interest in biology like his parents. He was once suspended from his elementary school because he brought a brown bear cub into the school campus. However, his love for biology and animals shifted when he discovered his parents were killed during an expedition in Africa where they were mauled by a lion when he was 11.
His uncle soon suffered a stroke and died as well and Willow moved in with his cousins in Sweden. He spent most of his adolescence in Sweden where he began getting interested in politics and law. However, his cousins urged him to take classes and to become a pharmacist. Reluctant, Willow began learning in the medical field although secretly read and learn about politics as well. After he graduated in 1994, Willow returned to the United States in Los Angeles where he worked as a pharmacist in a Albertsons store. There, he meant his future wife, Jessica Clark who was a regular customer to Willow's workplace. Jessica was studying for at a law school and Willow decided to follow her. The two married in the year 1995 and had a child, Arnold Willow, the next year.
Willow began taking formal law classes at the Abraham Lincoln University School of Law and graduated in 2001. He began working as a lawyer alongside with Jessica and helped win over 40 cases with their clients. He quickly gained popularity locally and soon was used as a lawyer by celebrities.

Willow became alarmed when he saw his nation seemingly decay slowly around the mid-2000s. He began donating large sums of money to the Californian government in effort to bring it out of recession. However, this did not help and by 2006, the U.S. officially dissolved. Willow quickly sided with the city-state of Angeles and served as captain during the Inland War. He was later commemorated for successfully defeating his enemy when his troops were clearly outnumbered. When the Inland War came to an end and the city-states that participated in the war decided to have a convention; Willow was chosen to go and discuss with other delegates. He represented Angeles and oversaw most of the writing of the Constitution of the United States of JBR. When the United States of JBR was founded, he returned to work as a pharmacist.
The Central Intelligence Agency of the United States of JBR, the main intelligence agency of JBR, eventually came up to Willow and offered him and his family to work under disguise as someone else. The CIA assigned Willow to assume the role as Vice King of JBR and under guise of former Disparuean monarch, Lance Pikachurin. The CIA explained that by working as Pikachurin, JBR would gain mutual trust and support from the Disparueans in the widely unrecognized territory of New Disparu. Willow was told that he and his family were eerily similar in appearance. Willow agreed to work and was given instruction by the CIA. He began working in the government—without suspicion from President Justin Vuong. The CIA gave Willow information to combat against accusations of being a fraud and vice versa. The CIA did not however, inform about Willow during the Pikachurin kidnapping incident (now the Willow kidnapping incident) and the JBRican government officially declared this not planned. After New Disparu was dissolved, the CIA revealed Willow to the public and shocked many. Willow and his family were formally crowned under their name.
